BZF 2026
BZF+WSFF Aug 7 & 8 2026
This year two indie art festivals will rampage in downtown Bremerton on Quincy Square- TOGETHER!
Friday, August 7, 2026: BZF Day 1 | 5-8pm
Also known as Bremerton First Friday Art Walk
Saturday, August 8, 2026: BZF Day 2 | 12-5pm
Friday there will be a Community Craft night running at Kitsap Regional Library during the fest from 5-8 pm. They will be with Wazygoose Kitsap making some art and zines!
Saturday the RAD folx at PEX and KRL during the Fest will host a zine swap and craft from noon-4pm.
Bremerton Typewriter Co will be open and hosting free typewriter zine crafts!
Applications will open April 20 and Close June 15.
West Sound Film Festival runs Friday Aug 7, Sat Aug 8, and Sun Aug 9th screening some incredible one of a kind indie films (we know... we've seen them!)

BZF+Makerhaus
Zine Craft and Hang
Join Bremerton Zine Fest and Makerhaus Manette for a drop in Zine Craft and Hang on Saturday July 11, 2026 from Noon-4:00pm.
Supplies Provided, all ages welcome (children must be accompanied by their human bean).
Come hang out in community with REAL people and make zines to be ready for the return of Bremerton Zine Fest in August.
Makerhaus is at 1132 Wheaton Wy, Bremerton
As a side note... I wanted to try and dispel something I hear a lot when I say I am partnering with Makerhaus...
"But they use AI art..."
They dont.
Camlyn is the NEW owner of Makerhaus- she and her family purchased the business and have an ACTUAL human bean they pay to design.
While the previous owner may have used AI- Makehaus does not. You can shop and have your art printed there guilt free. They are not contributing to the downfall of human made art and the planet.
